This tracker helps you calculate when your pet is going to deliver her youngs. You can input the mating date and the app calculates when your pet is due to deliver (within a timespan corresponding to the animal kind). The app also calculates when the newly born pets can be placed in a new home.

Progesterone is a hormone produced by the ovaries and placenta that helps to maintain pregnancy. Progesterone is secreted before ovulation in dogs, and we can use this characteristic of the canine estrous cycle to determine when the bitch ovulates. This is what’s referred to as “timing of ovulation,” a great tool to improve fertility and prolificacy in your dogs.

The levels of progesterone can be measured during the early estrous cycle of the bitch to assess the timing of the LH peak and the timing of ovulation. It can also be used to confirm that ovulation did take place
